Yoga and Meditation
The practice of yoga and meditation takes back to thousand of years ago where these activities were considered to be a part of life led by people. Yoga and meditation were means to keep a person’s mind and body at balance. With time and growing level of stress in today’s life, it has become a necessity to reintroduce these into our lives to make sure that the balance of life of students does not get hampered. A fit mind is derivative from healthy body and through our facilities, we intend to impart students a balanced life to make better judgments and practice a healthier life style.
It will help prevent the accumulation stress of and confusion. To facilitate it, we have inducted meditation and yoga as a part of the curriculum that results in building positive relationships, enhancing academic and extracurricular performance, constructing emotional intelligence, and strengthening their psychological aspects.
